WHEN WE WANDER OFF THE PATH WE FIND A LOST PIECE OF OURSELVES TO TAKE BACK HOME
Most of us have a specific routine that we follow daily to keep us and our lives in order. This can include exercise, meditation, eating habits, work schedules, family, commitments, etc., yet sometimes without realizing why, we fall off the path and find ourselves lost and a little confused.
Normally, this situation can create distress and bring us into judgment about ourselves. We feel that somehow we made a mistake and lost track. Believing that there is a negative consequence to the situation we try to get ourselves back on track as soon as possible.
However, what if finding ourselves off normal schedule, is actually a gift ? Because when we are not walking our normal path, we actually visit places within us where we left a part of ourselves at a previous time in our lives.
So instead of hurrying back to the path, stop, feel, and allow yourself to recognize that in this space could be a lost piece of yourself that is wishing to be welcomed back home .
