MOVE TOWARDS YOUR FEARS FOR IT IS HERE THAT YOUR EVOLUTION LIES
We are all aware that we have fears, yet many of us are unaware of the subconscious ones that where ingrained in childhood and unknowingly effect us everyday .
We have a protective mechanism called our ego that we gave the job of keeping us safe , secure , private and protected. Yet this programming that served us as a child now hinders us as an adult.
We no longer need this rigorous judge watching over us , for it prevents us from taking risks and this stunts our growth .
By paying attention to this we expose our subconscious and can start to reprogram ourselves to no longer avoid all possible risk , but recognize that that is where our evolution lies .
Everything that we stand to lose is actually something we are holding onto that holds us back !
So today lean in toward to your fears, take a risk & release an outdated mindset and watch yourself grow !
