FREEDOM IS AN INTERNAL DECISION NOT AN EXTERNAL SITUATON
With our busy lives we can be so distracted by what we have to accomplish that we forget to recognize that we are the one making the choices that define our duties .
Many of us invest our lives into achieving things and we make choices that become internal demands . We set up duties and responsibilities that we believe we then have to adhere to , usually with a dominate attitude within us that forces us to live up to these self expectations.
Our external lives then reflect these demands and we forget we where the ones that choose this situation and thus we are free to choose something new . Our lives and thus ourselves are ever changing, and in order to evolve we have to be willing to understand that what served us before might no longer serve us and be willing to place our authentic guidance above all else understanding that we are always free to choose again .
