WE STRIVE TO BE HARD WORKING BUT MUST REMEMBER TO ALSO KEEP OUR HEART - WORKING
In modern day society we are often directed toward hard work being the path toward success, yet this can be at the cost of our own well being and others . We can even justify when we operate sternly or rudely as a means to an end , as a necessity because we are trying to achieve success and expect others to give us a 'pass' since we are under pressure.
Yet as I have learnt it is actually those with the most compassionate way of navigating life , that end up being the most successful as that heart centered approach invite others through empathy to connect harmoniously in whatever endeavors we undertake.
My phrase 'Heart-Working' was inspired by my daughters teacher who despite being very good at her job and hard-working really inspired all her students because of her compassion Which created real connection. When we put these qualities of the heart first and work from that perspective those around us feel inspired and supportive and this raises everyone up to the next level.
