SELF CELEBRATION
IS TO EXPRESS ALL THAT BRINGS YOU JOY
In life we often wait for achievements or anniversary situations like birthdays or graduations to celebrate . Seeing them as something to be proud of achieving and although I highly indulge in this myself, what this does imply is that celebration is just for this momentous occasions.
Yet what about celebrating ourselves in every moment?
Rather than waiting for things out of the ordinary we can look to celebrate each day , each moment as a unique and unrepeatable experience and this gift can be celebrated.
Yet even beyond this we can choose to celebrate ourselves.
Each of us is also unique and how we experience joy in our life is the key to celebrating this . By choosing to focus our energy on thinking , talking and doing things that bring us Joy we are in the act of self celebration.
So today and every day express all that brings you Joy , live it , share it and celebrate the wonders of life that fill you up and share this abundantly with all .
